* If you use this app immediately after the line is opened, a message saying "A SIM card that is not BIGLOBE Mobile is inserted." may be displayed. The problem will be resolved in about half a day to a day after the line is opened, so please wait for a while and check that the message no longer appears.

*When authenticating using SIM card information, the BIGLOBE SIM card inserted in the device is identified and data such as the amount of communication data is obtained. Please use the device with a BIGLOBE SIM card inserted.
